  o Implementation, project management, market entry strategy, and manpower planning for the development of 25 Donatos locations. Secured the rights to 25 Donatos locations to build over the span of 5 years in the Middle TN market. o Produced the site drawings for the 1st location. Established all the accounts for vendors, selection of the construction company for the 1st site on West End and identified the opening management team for this location. o We had to dissolve the development rights agreement for TN because of a non-compete with my business partner who was responsible for the funding of the 1st 5 locations.

• Market Partner-Pei Wei Asian Diner at PFChangs

  January 2003 - September 2009

  ? Participated in PF Chang's initial market introduction of the "quick casual" Pei Wei Asian Diner concept. Physically involved in opening and supporting over 20 locations within a 5 years. Responsibilities included site selection, real estate development, HR, establishing operational standards, and financial operational performance. Total revenues in my region grew from zero to approximately $32,000,000 from 2003 to 2009. Other Responsibilities/Accomplishments ? Created and implemented the Mentoring General Manager Program that was responsible for allowing the Southeast Region to develop more rapidly with trained and qualified General Managers. This program also allowed to my region to maintain the lowest turnover rate in the company during my tenure. ? Executed and managed rapid brand expansion in geographies outside of my region. As the Pei Wei concept expanded from one location a year to 40 openings per year, I was charged with training three Operating Partners in three different states while maintaining my responsibilities within my region. ? Restaurants under my responsibility were consistently given leadership awards for mentoring, cleanliness and organization. My region was a training market for the company. --Selected by PF in 2009 to assist in the international development of new markets in the Middle East.
